I am a compulsive collector of all things discarded, unwanted, broken and forgotten – the detritus and debris of everyday life.  ​

My practice is process driven, and rooted in collage and assemblage, reimagining the materials and stories that surround and define us.  ​

I use a range of different processes and materials, combining and reconfiguring pieces of the world, from found objects and waste materials to snatches of sound and video recordings of daily life. ​

My work explores themes of tension, somatic distress and the abject body especially in relation to systemic oppression and control and the ways in which these forces shape our lives and personhood. ​

Of particular interest to me is the physical manifestation of psychological distress, and the tendency of bodies to be unruly, excessive and incoherent. ​
