We are a varied group of artists and arts practitioners, living and often working in the Roundhay area of Leeds.
Our artists show a wide variety of work including painting, printmaking, textiles, illustration, ceramics, sculpture, installation work, wood turning, graphics and drawing.
The aims of the group are to raise the cultural profile of visual arts in Roundhay, enabling connections to be made between artist and local people and raise the profile of visual artists as a community resource. We also aim to contribute to the development of local community initiatives and attract people to Roundhay Park Area and its commercial outlets.
Autumn art market: - A great success
It was fantastic to see so many people support us at this year’s Art Market. Fifteen artists were showing and selling their work and each contributed to the prize raffle to support our chosen charity this year, St Gemma’s. In fact with the money raised from the raffle, refreshments and our new venture, the 2026 Roundhay Artists Calendar, we have been able to donate £480 to St Gemmas
A huge thank you to everyone that participated.
Our next event will be the 2026 Art Trail which is already in the planning stage.
